How to Obtain an OLCC Service Permit in Oregon
- Take our state-approved Alcohol Server Education Course online
- Create an account on the OLCC's CAMP portal
- Fill out the alcohol service application and pay the fee
- Pass the OLCC exam through the CAMP portal
Once you finish the alcohol service training, we will report your course completion directly to the OLCC. You can save a screenshot of your training completion for your records. After you submit your application and pay the fee, the OLCC will electronically match your course completion with your application. Make sure your name and date of birth are listed the same on both your application and course enrollment. The OLCC will email you when you are approved to take the exam on the CAMP portal.
After passing the test in CAMP, you can download a temporary permit from the state website. The temp allows you to legally sell alcohol. It is valid until the OLCC emails you your official alcohol server permit after validating your eligibility. You may also log back into the CAMP portal to download additional copies or take a screenshot on your phone to keep as proof.
